The “Mud Song” for little kids

To get little ones moving in the forest, it’s helpful to sing a walking song…here is one I wrote.

Keep a stream nearby for quick rinsing ;-)

Well we’re walking in the mud, and we don’t know what to do.

When we’re walking in the mud, you can quickly lose a shoe.

When we’re walking in the mud you can easily fall down, so when you’re walking in the mud you can sometimes see a frown.

When we’re walking in the mud things can go wrong, so when we’re walking in the mud bring a good friend along.

After walking in the mud, we have to clean up later. So if I’m a crocodile, then you’re an alligator!
